  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Due to the seasonal nature of Christmas trees, timely return requests are essential. Any request made after 7 days may not be accepted.

To process your claim quickly, provide the following:
