1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To be eligible, products must be in the same condition as when received.
To start a return, please contact us at support@zenzzagloww.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the item and packaging to support@zenzzagloww.com, and we’ll make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup or used hair accessories unless they arrived damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your product and place a new order.
